Are you currently a customer with Capital One?
I know Chase and BOA are not a fan of crypto but they haven't done anything to prevent people from using online exchanges. I personally have used both on coinbase to purchase bitcoins and altcoins. At the current market state, it is a sea of red and all my gains have been wiped out :/
