As everyone has said already, "pressed" pills are in essence pills made by a usually clandestine third party. The most dangerous part about pressed pills is that they often are sold as something that they really aren't. For example, a fair amount of pressed x@n@x that pill purchase online or on the streets illegally actually contains dosages of fentanyl or something else. This happened with qu@@ludes before and it happens with many other pills but x@n@x is by far the biggest one, because of its popularity in culture. They are usually easy to identify if you are familiar with the pharma pill but sometimes the dye or press (the machine that they use to literally press a concoction of measured powder into a pill shape) is extraordinarily good. If you come across pills that obviously weren't produced in a pharmacy best to toss them in the trash unless you are willing to test them, even then be super careful.
