I've just tried Temezepam, makes me a little woozy but nor real sleep effects. I find that with most benzos, make me tired and drowsy but bizarrely do not help me sleep.
I think it's a combo issue, particularly with tramadol which really buggers up my sleeping. Just got to work out the right approach at the right time I suppose.
