No theyre not available anymore, not pharmaceutical ones anyway. I have heard only of bootleg ones doing the rounds with bad consistency, and even people saying temazepam wasn't the active ingredient, but another such as Phenazepam

So the ones that some of our most reputable vendors sell are counterfeit then? I'm almost certain they still manufacture these. T3m@z is a rare drug and not often prescribed.
