Everybody's body chemistry is different. I have tried many alternative/natural type medicines with little to show for it, except for Krat0m. I have never broken the bank and feel that it's worth it, considering the legal ramifications that come with illegally obtained meds. Out there somewhere is something that may not work for everyone, but will for me. The non addictive nature of these OTC meds may also contribute to their relative low usage when compared to Add, PK's, bzo's etc. Getting just a little bit of an addictive medication makes it real easy to go running back to it. Big Pharma likes it that way!
Quality sleep, diet and exercise is great and something I strive for. The release of endorphins while hiking or exercising is great for the relief of stress and depression. Hiking puts me in a meditative state. If only it was more...........addicting.
