You have the best place here and will get all the info you need. Best advice is to Fead, Read and Read some more. Find a few threads that relate to you or start a new one make a few posts and let people get to know you a bit and all will fall into place.
Charon and the other moderators here work hard and long to keep the troublemakers off this site and drama to a minimum so rules are #1 priority to read but ask questions if you are unsure. There are a lot of great people on here willing to give advice on just about any issue (not just medical) that you want.
