I wonder if any of those figures are accurate. I mean Fine $11 mil is not a small amount by any stretch of the imagination but its a small drop in the ocean of narc0tics and certainly didn't do anything to really combat it. Spose they use their monies else where... private jets and trips to sunny places I expect lol
