My bucket head baby,

I was privileged to travel with this gal from the time she was barely bigger than my fist.  Her dad was a standard black and brown, her mother pure white.  She is shown here after being spayed.  Never phased her.  Could've taken the bucket off after an hour, but I followed directions.  She was the best looking lady I ever traveled with.  The white from her mom was all over her chest, and spread throughout her coat.  She was magnificent and turned heads across the country.

She was always unexpectedly smart.  As we traveled I used an old fashioned coffee percolator on top the stove.  One of the parts what a v-shaped spring the basket rode on as the coffee percolated.  I would clean the coffee at a spigot as the coffee grounds were good for the soil.  One day I was finished packing up the coffee maker, relaxing in a sand chair, getting ready to pull out.  I saw her come around the back of the RV and stop in front of me.  She dropped the spring in front of me.  I had left it in the grass next to the spigot.

We traveled, hiked many trails.  She loved the water and loved to swim in anything from a lake to the ocean.  She got too big, and needed a bigger life.  I put an ad in Craigslist in Florida, saying "anyone looking for a badass dog, please don't respond"  She was all up to date, on everything medical.  I couldn't charge for her, but gave her to a vet assistant who lived on a ranch with her three kids.  I emailed once to make sure she was o.k.  The gal said she was great, but they couldn't keep her from jumping into the water tanks anytime they came close to one, ha.  Almost did me in to let her go.
