I finally got a response to the email I posted above.  There are definitely some things lost in translation or at least in action on my banks part.  He says:
"This is case of January 4th,  so that can I again process your PAYMENT METHOD with same details but please make sure fund will be there. After process check we cannot stop. Let me confirm then we can again process your PAYMENT METHOD and you need to verify on call.

"This is case" must mean he thinks there were insufficient funds but there is no way possible it is or my bank would have jumped at the chance to hit me with an insufficient funds fee.  Something else is going on.  As for these sites dealing with a lot of fraud I don't see how you can screw someone when you give the money first which is the way these online pharmacies work.  I can see how if they accept credit cards and you decline the charge but that is not the case here.  Fraudsters are innovative types but figuring out how to screw someone isn't what makes me tick.  He will know that soon enough.  The faith required to order reasonably priced medications abroad is strictly on the buyers side.  The majority of fraudsters are on the selling side which is why this forum is such a great resource which I greatly appreciate.  My package is sitting in customs as we speak and if it clears I'm sure I will get it.  Definitely not an ideal first run but things happen.  Will keep everyone posted.  It has been the  most novel ordeal I've been through dealing with online pharmacies but they have still always come through at a substantial discount.

It sounds as though, even after a less than "smooth" start, things may just work out... That is at least a step in the right direction...

Myself, I've only had one transaction with DPM24 and it went over real good compared to the vendor I used prior to him...

Everything is now done on my end. His last email to me seemed genuine and well intended. Some of the things he said made me wonder if he monitors this forum:

Kind of funny. He would have gotten his money without threatening police action if he would have just asked. If it were not because of the holidays and I didn't forget to transfer the money this transaction would have been flawless provided I get past customs. Will update with arrival of package.

Well... That is a great report... Like you say, I do believe DPM does moniter here from time to time(it wouldn't surprise me in the least)... Be that as it may, I hope the customs don't hold your pkg as they have been known for... Sometimes I've had them scoot through in less than 24hrs.... Other times I thought it musta been stuck in some odd corner and forgotten... Took forever...

Hooper... I hope this will be the only time you have to jump through hoops just to get your meds... Nothin chaps my hide worse than conflicts created by nonsense....

Glad it all worked out Hooper. I also had a small problem with an order but they corrected, re-shipped and provided a tn very quickly. In my opinion they are reputable and are doing their best. We all make mistakes, on both ends, but DPM has proven to be honest and reliable in my book. Also, the individual I had email correspondence with was someone other than "Mike", I think Ice was correct! Now the hard part, customs and postal service!

I was gun shy about using this vendor due to their similarities. But I think I'm going to give them a try. From all I can find the two aren't related and DPM seems reputable.

The situation is working itself out.  I just got another email thanking me for confirming the check verification went through with an offer for a few extra pills on my next order which I took as some form of an apology.  If I had just remembered to move the money over I don't think any of this would have happened.  I agree the site is very similar to drugsdropship.  Maybe they just copied a very successful site who had a good reputation at the time.  I'm glad I didn't catch them on the way out.  Good luck

Dupree.... I haven't used them since oct... But with that , DPM has always had high marks from a friend whom orders in quantity... I've heard nothing that would indicate any problems...

Back when I ordered the S*mas, it took 10 days from order to my house... Great communication ... Therefore I would say it's a fairly decent bet it's still all good...
