My new boss really needs to take a step back and chill! seriously this is not good for my mental health. I'm very thankful and blessed to have a job, but dang some ppl get power and ther new somewhere. I just got whole ton added to my workload and no raise in 3 years old what to do, I meditate I pray, but nothing seems to change. I am grateful for what I d9 have though....

Seeing a new psychiatrist today. I've been getting increasingly frustrated with the one I've been saying for years. I don't know if he's more paternalistic now or if I just didn't encounter that until I gave him pushback on some things. Either way, I'm really hoping it'll work out with the new psych. I'm desperate to find meds that help more than my current ones. Maybe fresh eyes will help.
Docs tend to either love me or hate me, so let's hope this guy likes me.
