Last couple days haven't been feeling too well. Noticed I hadn't gotten any real exercise for quit a while and seemed stress had built up, so took a hike today.
Before the hike, wasn't sure if I would even be able to complete it. My mind was playing tricks on, well, my mind. Guess it was the stress/anxiety.
Hard start but once going felt MUCH better!
'The Six Best Doctors' - Sunshine, Water, Rest, Air and Diet, posted above, certainly hold true.
Thanks for posting, Roses!

I hope you are feeling better Mr. Hind! What you say is so true that fresh air and exercise helps relieve a lot of stress and anxiety. sometimes we create road blocks in our mind thinking we can't do this or that. im glad that you did it!
thats for the uplifting post.

Good posts here.
Roses, thank you for your consistent efforts to bring positive affirmations to us all.
Mr. Hind. I agree with you totally.
Exercise and fresh air are great stress and anxiety relievers.
I have a personal trainer so I’m “forced” to go to the gym once a week and my male ego makes me go at least one more time.
But even a walk around the block can be so calming too...
