While I haven't purchased anything yet from MM, I can say that he has been quick to respond to my e-mails and extremely patient when it came to answering all of my questions. He also seems to be very customer service oriented, which I have found to be rare in the vendor world. MM is definitely going to the top of my list.

Izzy76 - I got that impression from him. He seems like an upstanding person with the best intentions and wants to help people. I think I screwed up because he sent me a link to his website and I placed the order for the magazine via the link. I haven't heard back from him and after reading the last few posts re: hacking, and since we were already e-mailing and he knew which magazine I wanted, I should have just e-mailed him all the info he needed. Lesson learned.

yea muzic, i was told to use his email, not the website to order. also if you don't hear from him it might be from the time difference. I usually get replies in the middle of the night but always a good answer. MM is awesome

I can't say too much, but read back and you will see exactly what was "hacked"...I can't be talking about payment methods as thats breaking our rules... But its in one of Macros own posts he wrote, that you will find the info your looking for...

Thank you for the advice. I'm going back through the threads now and will shoot him an e-mail after I find the post you referenced. Fingers crossed, but after speaking with him via e-mail, he seems like a reasonable person. I think it will all work out. ?
