i cannot be bending all today. landlord reported me to social services 3 x as of yesterday that i cannot take care of myself. he is one door away. an attorney whom thinks he owns the wold.

and i heard him at ten pm last nite, and a few more outlets were unplugged.

isn't this illegal? i paid the rent and th 459 extra for heat.

and he goes around and shuts things down from outside cuz he reported me to social services. 4 times now.

they come tomorrow.

i gotta take a shower now. there is slim to no heat and ny is freezing.

cooking is a guessig game if anything will work.

nah its not that i want to stay here,. but i want human comforts and necessities whilst i am here.

anyone know about illegality of all this?

and i am a protected protected person. permanently disable no hope of recover sinc 2012. tis why i get social security.

my worker comes tomrrow and i bet he has plugged things in again. from outside. cuz he cannot enter without asking me now.

he likes to bully. threatened to toss my beloved cat into the snow.

any advice anyone? surely i dont want to stay. i guess i see what social services says.

he unplugged my microwave. all my food is frozen.

so no oven. no stove. and i can get the microwave with 4 chords to go for 30 seconds at a time until it shuts down.

he has a crush, shall we say on the 12 yr old girl below me. the mother and girl are afraid of him and get bulleyed also.

his mother used to live in this house. he bought the house next door.

but he told dennis on the phone that he would be much better at caring for that little girl than her mother would be.

dennis was more than 50 % deaf than and i heard it thru the phone. he bullies the downstairs woman and child also. screams at them.

they like me and want me to stay. but it just occurred to me that if john gets me to move out, the mother and 12 yr old he likes live downstairs. there is a staircase one can creed down and open their door

he came by at 10 pm last nite. heard him frig with the wiring. and today no oven. no stove. and i can get the microwave to work 31 seconds at a time before it shuts down.

it just occured to me now, that the reason he wants me out so badly is so he can get that little girl.

he has all the keys to the house. back sun room. front door. he has em all.

he will go to tremendous lengths to get to that little girl by getting me out.

unfortunately the snow is still deep and crunchy in ny and i hear him come over at ten pm. hear wires and tools.and i see his footprints going back to his house in morning.

they are afraid of him big time. he bullies them about what i dont know.

i only talked to them about this yesterday cuz maybe social services told him he couldn't come by without permission a day in advance. but like clockwork, at 10 pm he is here.

i dont have money to move out. i think i can withold the rent for another place.

social services is coming tomorrow cuz he reported me 3 times as a person whom cannot take care of themselves.

if he can turn off all ways a 71 year old permanently disabled woman eats food, he iscapable of anything.

they also feel he is watching both of our places and listening to us.

i got to sleep in today.

yesterday i awakened with a smile and i ran into the kitchen. i thought dennis was there. not visible to me.

sighs. i hope he gets new tenants that treat this place like trash. not christian but he is an irksome guy whom even the social workers said he tried to bully them.
