Skip past season 1, though not bad, and have a look from season 2 on. It's unlike anything on TV, then or since.
Spankster I would ament to that a series I forgot about, "Malcom In The Middle", which is in may ways close to "Green Acres" in temper and flyaway wit and madness. Bryan Cranston did such a super job in "Breaking Bad", "Malcolm" sometimes gets forgotten, but not by critics, who are pretty much in agreement it was one of the more "non methodical" or imitative of most comedy series.

My mate copied the whole series' of Game of throwns,watched a bit at his on Christmas night but we were both a bit drunk so will have to start again.
Took me all day to recover yesterday,had a 2nd christmas roast for dinner that helped.
As Barq posted,Father Ted is hilarious,Irish comedy at its best,don't think i have watched one that was not a real lol.
Am waiting for food to cook in the oven,Star Trek first series is on,remastered,really like the original series,just never been able to get into the off shoots that started in the 90's,next gen etc...nah not the same,although i do like Patrick Stuart in Family guy(or is it American Dad as the CIA cheif?)

Miss Hepburn thank you as tvoed Vikings last night while watching Phish PPV, I forgot. That will take my mind off things. I just finished Billy Bob Thorthtons latest on Amazon; Goliath. Marco polo on netflix is good; I was a history major so love that stuff. The Affair on Showtime is good, but heavy. The acting is amazing. Hmmmm, ohh Homeland love Claire Danes. I know TV too well sigh haha.

Yes Audrey I watched, to miss Ragnars ex, ohh I love her so. I feel bad for Ragnars pyscho son, but he is one creepy dude., That slave girl best be looking over her shoulder poor thing. Heard Rolo has a new tv series, but we shall see. Then Floki, poor lost guy, ohhh man, all the hope of the first season is now just drama. But that english king cracks me up; now I know why I'm nuts hahaha
And no spoilers as I tried to be ambiguous, but edit if you must. Great show, and black sail and better call saul are soon no? My last and biggest addiction....tv.

Miss Hepburn I agree he is a bit touched; his poor son is a sociopath. I tivoed yesty's episode, Gonna watch it after the boat gets in....By the way differents shows but black sails and better caul Saul should be soon season starts, yes I'm ashamed to admit my tv addiction sigh

Ive seen like everything on netflix...
kinda depressing.
i enjoy a bit of everything but im into my cult movies, documentaries, comedy and more recently anime

netflix has been pumping out some solid flicks. TPark boys of course, also a lot of foreign stuff which is good...
unfortunately i have dyslexia so they can be hard for me to follow.
some good stuff from hollywood too; big shot and Terintino stuff...
honestly i love my classic adult swim; boondocks, robot chicken
a lot of animated stuff in general. The Simpsons will always have a soft spot in my heart
If anyone can recommend some good documentaries id appreciate it.
im into more domestic ones but will watch some discovery/ travel as well.
or good anime thats dubbed, besides cowboy bebop and ghost in a shell.
Great to see this thread thriving. altho it prove we probably watch too much tv lol
