(...Seems like quite a few have hit the 150 mark recently! So, Well Done to All of You!!)

Izzy: We raised the bar to protect the vendors so our members would have a vendor left. We knew we may possibly be overwhelming our superb IOPlist vendors by overwork. So, for those whom were willing to be hidden to most forum members, we created a new area.

And, so the goal became 150 posts for many.

I agree, well done, all. I remember my first post here: I am charon. Been around forums for awhile.

I dreaded making fifty posts again. Yet here i am at many more.

It gets easier if people feel they wont be chastized for what they post (unless in violation of rules,) and that others will react positively to what they say. I use ratings to encourage people about posting. Like the nuns whom taught me gave out gold stars.
