I made out ok and it only hurt for a bit. I was sure I'd pay for it the next am, but was surprised it wasn't a problem.
Tho it wasn't funny when I did it, I'm laughin' about it now. What a sight that could have been, kinda like a cartoon LOL
It was a perfect face plant into that mud. I know if I had seen it happen to someone, you couldn't help but laughin'. Still has my face imprint in the mud.
I'm ok guys, but thanks for your concern.

Cricket omg. Thank god you are OK. I know exactly what that old knee giving out feels like. Happens to me to. It's horrible. Do you by chance wear any knee compression sleeves? That helps a bit stabilize the knee.

And that food Linville. You really out did yourself. I am so hungry right now I can eat my screen. Think I will need to get some Mexican food for dinner tonight.

Ha! the pups were sittin' on the steps lookin' at me like I was crazy. I can't believe I held onto their leashes. THANK GOD. If they had gotten loose, I never would have caught 'em. They luv to go explorin' and totally don't pay me any mind when their on a mission.

Popster, I'm surprised you missed it with your camera. Especially if it had sound. You woulda heard me yellin' a gurgled F word for sure LOL.

OR, no, I don't wear any kind of brace or anythin'. Been there, done that without much help. When the old knees wanna go out, they can't be stopped. I use to wear a big old clunky brace when I played on a softball team. That thing slowed me down so much that my teammates would kid me sayin' I had to hit a homerun just to get to 1st base UGH!

Anyway, everything ended up fine and no added pain. The only thing hurt was my pride.
