1st Post-The New Person

Hello folks,
This is my first post and hopefully I can keep up with the conditions to meet 50 posts. I'm pushing 50 yrs old and have quite a bit of experience with the up's N downs of the 'subscription' life. Past several months I've had 3 VIP subscriptions close down so I'm back to square one, which can be unsettling at times. I have to admit I've poked around in these forums in the past for feedback and it helped me out, so I'd like to add a Thank You for doing me a solid.

Glad these forums are here and understand why the rules are what they are. For my own sake i'm going to go over the rules some more till I feel comfortable as I hate making mistakes.

Audrey Hepburn!!! ))) hehe. Yea I always strive to respect the rules of others, but more importantly, due to the nature subject matter AND what these admin have/had to deal with in the past, following the forum rules is the least I could do. I thank you for the welcome, Audrey! Much Appreciated!!!

Glad to be here and thanks for moderating the forum. (Appreciation to other mods as well, not included in this post) Looks like it's been a grueling haul, from what I've been able to read so far. I'd like to express my sincere gratitude for the pains in keeping this forum up n running for newbs like myself. This place is a shot to make life a bit more comfortable and make some friends along the way. We all have are hardships and to be able to pull for eachother in this format is a good thing. Far as finding what I need, I hope to reciprocate in the process.

It is always nice to get new members who respect the rules of the site. Just remember Charon is our matron saint and what she says goes. Thanks all for the kind words and responses. So far I've been mainly reading threads to get a feel for what's going on and not post thread topics already covered in much detail. I must say there has been some disturbing behavior in the past (to put it lightly) from some folks. Fairly ominous behavior imo, there's really no room for it, on any forum. I'm a mod myself going on 12 years now, different subject matter, but the occasional nutjob// 'internet tough guy' has to be dealt with. Never a fun thing.

I will try for 5 post a day, but for my situation it's as time permits, with work and all. Gonna give it my best shot to be able to stick around. Well it's late and I must call it a night, take care and feel good.....
