Contacted Quality Cures and they promptly responded, stating they're experiencing a 'Big Problem' with customs in their area and can't reship at the moment. Offered refund or to reship an alternate brand that will ship from a different location. Chose the lattter option. Mainly curious to see if they can land a package on my door step.

Ok, but if LE is targetting them now, lets not give up details. When we learn to investigate as attorneys or such, or those in LE, we learn that gvt workers have full time jobs reading forums for info. so we talk in bizarro speech.

So my long drawn out saga with Quality Cures has finally concluded.
My order placed on 3rd April resulted in a LL.
After forwarding them proof of LL, they claimed they would reship from same country of origin.
The reship never arrived. Neither did a LL saying it had been intercepted.  Hmmmm.....
More emails, and a second reship from a different country was negotiated and successfully landed on 5th July.
Ordered 3rd April - Received 5th July. 
Oh, and they changed the publisher without notice.
Oh, and the promised "10% extra" for using a preferred payment method? Nope, not included in the reship.

This was an expensive lesson to learn. 
I paid QC $165 for magazines that I now source elsewhere for $75.
To be fair, yes, in the end QC managed to come through.
But even if Hell Freezes Over I will not use them again.  Ever.

many of them allegedly place orders in blacklist but now i realized some were the blacklisted vendors trying to give himself a pat on the back.

It is also a good title for a book: even if hell freezes over...

I am very sorry and its a shame that they dont care about their reputation on here, at all.

Thank you for you input Charon.   (I did wonder whether I'd gotten a little hysterical in that last post... .)
I failed to mention that QC completely ignored the reship addresses I provided, instead reshipping to the same name/address that had resulted in the LL.    Uuuggghhh.
It was just sloppy work all round - especially considering the Premium Price they charge.    Anyway, it's history now, time to let it go.

Maybe QC have grander world-conquering plans, so they're not worried about their reputation within a small tight-knit group like IOPList.
Which is fine.  We already have a reliable &  trustworthy group of IOPS & email vendors who DO care about us, and about stealth, and about communications.
It reinforces to me that they  are the ones who deserve my focus (and funds).

Nice to know they didn't accept your payment, most likely wouldn't have been shipped atm anyway. Been 13 days since I've heard back from them, offering a reship. Zero communication, sorry to report..........

Continuing from the post above: 13 days later, I received an email indicating a reship from a different location, tracking # included. Tracking # is legit so hopefully something will land, eventually.

Glad I read up on this thread just now. They had a journal I never new existed: look like the tri-scored, rectangular 2 mg alps but are clons instead. They are also made by the same people that brought us tranquil_nal when I was still able to get it. I know it's carries a hefty tag and would be interested in opinions from those that have received them from QC.

Too bad it seems that area doesn't get much of a break. Would love to be able to get a few things from that region.
