Has anybody used Xoom a paypal service?

Does anybody have any experience with this service, pros and cons? Some vendors will accept it and maybe it could be a better option than Wu etc.

They are very quick to cancel any transaction that doesn't pass their "smell test."

The other thing is that you create a very distinct digital trail using this type of service. Not too risky, but it does leave a trail that could be used against you in a rare circumstance.

If the vendor and customer take the necessary precautions, Xoom should be fine. I buy from a vendor who offers Paypal, but they only offer it to longstanding customers because newbies kept messing up and getting their account canceled.
