opened mag
#1
Recently received mag that had been completely opened, with contents clearly visibly, then taped back up with clear packing tape. No letter/notice anything. All contents intact.

Anyone had similar experience?

Don't quite get the logic...

I've had this happen a couple times.  Letters were pretty low stealth.  I don't really get the logic either.  Maybe just a lazy customs person that has to open a certain number of letters for quota so they just cut open and seal back up, not really looking to closely (or caring)..  More power to them for passing on my magazine!!  Focus your efforts where they truly should be!

Of course.. I was a bit irked and paranoid at first, but that passes quickly.  We're little fish, not worth the time of anyone who truly matters.  Just count your blessings that your magazine arrived intact.  Cheers!

Not trying to alarm. I recently became aware that many CB P related agencies actually ‘watch’ the routes these mags take...all the way home. At this point it’s to determine primary countries involved and to monitor the amt coming in from the south and the amount in the mail.

Good news: they’re primarily/only interested in f right now.

It has happened to me before. Low stealth envelope slit up the side with blister packs hanging partly out. I really don't think customs or the postal service really cares unless they have a deliberate target or quota of found contraband rack up.

The only thing that I would find alarming is a controlled delivery where 2 officers in postal uniforms show up at the same time wanting you to sign for a package. If that ever happened I wouldn't sign and if questioned would tell them no idea who sent me something.

oh i have no doubt. They are getting really good. Because now they see that many r forced into using online meds or even the meds from a drug stores are often blackmarket. at least in NY we got "them" for the offenses over and over again. (only five per cent of the active chemo agent was in my sisters chemo treatment. she lived after stage iv colorectal though.)

It is affecting the cream of society because even a benzo or rec med can be spiked with that BS.

And yes, one article i read during searching for info on the situation in countries such as Africa, stated that dogs cannot sniff for F cuz a few of them died. So, its my understanding that somehow they r opened and checked for something really bad. If not there, they send it on to u.

But some here got test kits at drugstores i believe. If in doubt, test. I have read several have stated the same thing on various forums this winter season.

Good idea!  I didn't know they had test kits for F.  I don't want any F to touch me!

I'm interested in finding a test kit, too. Lots of well-founded concerns lately on the news.

ok, if i happen to go thru the thread, i shall specifically post any in a separate thread. WHERE TO FIND TEST KITS.

i know we have posts on this. but i don't believe they have been collected into a thread yet. has been rather busy behind scenes with major vendors going down down down, and people in immediate need.

Maybe the search engine will find posts. I rely on reading new posts and i wind up doing most of the thread again.

But, please, if anyone can contribute: WHERE TO BUY TEST KITS.

No hot links please. We learned the hard way two yrs ago. But any help is appreciated.
