Unfortunately different calculators (there are a lot of them on Internet) give different results. For example: https://psychopharmacopeia.com/bzd_dose_convert.php

Hey everyone, hopefully everybody is getting through their day in justice. Just giving my two cents on this: my pcp doc told me at least between x@n and di@ that there is a a conversion ratio between those two meds. I go to pretty good docs, too, I’m lucky and I don’t take it lightly. Don’t know, just my two thoughts.

I’ve always found it to be (at least for me) 1mg X ~ 2mg k-pin ~ 10mg Val ~ Ativan never helped me even when my doctor kept upping the dose.
I don’t personally trust these calculators but find them to be good tools. Because the calculator doesn’t take into account where it’s from or who makes it. But when you seriously find what works for you, you stick with it. Even if it means moving to different pharmacies.
