Links in personal messages dont work.
#1
When I open PMs to see what latest comments are on a thread dont work anylonger for me.
When I click on the link to the latest comment it just takes me back to homepage, snd it can sometimes be tricky finding a thread.
Hope it gets fixed, does it happen to anyone else?
Thanks.

In 1993, Al Gore warned about climate change as U.S. temperatures soared

Nearly 30 years ago, Gore visited the set just as the East Coast was suffering through a record heat wave
that saw temperatures spike into the triple-digits. When moderator Tim Russert brought it up, Gore
cautioned that while no one weather event could be decisively attributed to climate change, the overall
pattern pointed to hotter temperatures and more disruption.

“The majority of scientists have been telling us for years that the long-term warming trend greatly increases
the odds that any given year will produce a much larger number of 100-degree days,” Gore said.
“And that trend has been borne out over the last several years. We’ve seen records broken with regularity.”

Now that winter comes still regularly and the summers are still hot, it's no longer

"Global Warming" or the next "Ice Age"

They resort to calling our seasons as "Climate Change"

Ya gotta admit, winters are cold and summers are hot ...
ll this time I've always thought it was the change of the seasons...

We may need to have a friendly disagreement about climate change, but I'm not the thought police and other views exist. I hope that's reasonable, especially when chatting to forum members I like and respect. Smile

To be fair to Al Gore he was the politician who did most to support networking in the early days of the internet. He realised it would be important before most politicians. "Inventing" was an absurd claim and I think he retracted it. However, I still find it funny Tongue
