Ordered 11-4, got an email saying they were sending a different brand. Ok, I'll try a different generic I have never heard of, must be thousands of them. Get the mail today and they are Copax SLOW RELEASE 1 mg alprazolam! Slow release? You have to be kidding me! Had he mentioned in his email he was replacing with a slow release I would have cancelled! Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice? Never gonna happen cuz I'm done with this vendor!

I'm almost sure there is an explaination for this screw up.... DPM has been a great vendor for quite sometime now... Maybe you could rely your thoughts, in a civil way, to him and he could make it right with you...
I've never had an issue myself, but at least give him a chance to correct the issue before washing your hands of him...

Thanks Ice, I appreciate the advice. I did shoot him an email with my complaint, no response. I did my best to be diplomatic (zero foul language), however he knew what he was sending me and didn't disclose that in his email. If he was out of stock, fine, I would have waited. I just felt/feel taken advantage of, but hey, we've all been there and life goes on!

I received an email back. Let me begin by saying this is one stand up vendor! I am glad I took the diplomatic approach rather than, well, you know. He apologized for the mistake and is sending the correct meds with tracking number within 24 hrs. Icewizard, you were correct. We humans all make mistakes, but to admit to it and then make it right is what differentiates honorable men from the rest of the pack. This vendor has proven to be one of the few honorable men and I have great respect for that! I wanted to get this news to everyone asap so my previous posts wouldn't affect anyone decision not to order and I do not wish to harm this vendors reputation or business in any way. Quite the contrary, I shall now be using him much more often. I'll give a quick update when replacement arrives.

All I know is... I put the 24 in the main url... It then reverts to just dpm without the 24... All seems to be on the up and up...
