Also I have found that when I ate junk, I craved junk.  When I eat healthy or 'whole' foods that is what I crave.

Rambling for a minite, its coz a lot of the processed food have flavor enhancers that blow our tastebuds away.  Had for mother nature to compete with that.

Me, I am not perfect by anymeans.  Whole table got dessert last night and I was like the dog, everyone feeding me a bite!

Good morning Fire.

Watch out for those processed foods that taste so good. The chemicals they put in them are NOT good for us. It fits in well with their plan to keep us sick and buying their drugs for what these chemicals are doing to us. They put all those really good tasting things in them to keep us craving them.

Even tho I know they do this, I'm guilty of eating that junk too. It's hard to find pure food anymore.

Take care Fire and be well.

They call it fast food in the uk,don't know why, went and bought veggy burger and chips(or fries to our US folks, except thicker and bigger),after about 20 minutes i'm still waiting, fast food?Coulda/shoulda thrown me own together, would have been faster, just could not face having to go to the madness of hell that is the supermarket, thats another one, nothing super about it imho, bloody hate the places with those blinding weird lights, plus they always change where stuff is on the shelves,i aint that stupid Asda(owned by Walmart),that is a little trickery to get you to buy stuff you dont usually buy and probably don't even need.
Right, time to eat some veg and fart a lot.

First day back at work today. Can't believe all the festivities are over already :-(
January is my least favourite month.

Well I guess I am odd person out because I am so, so glad all the festivities are over.

Don't mind Jan unless the polar vortex sits on top of me, ha ha

No offense Insomnia_Sucks I am just saying for me.

But I will say this;
If everyone was the same it would be a boring place.....so I am glad for variety.

Yeah that's fair enough, the festivities can be a bit 'too much'...but for me Jan and Feb are:
Wake up (it's dark)
Get ready (it's dark)
Drive to work (it's dark)
It gets light for 6.5 - 7 hours while in the office
Drive home (it's dark)
Etc.
The darkness and the already mentioned coldness is kinda depressing.
Oh well, pays the bills.....

Yes all very true, but remember the low point has been hit and the days are getting longer now.

If I can try to put a positive spin on it, trying....

I dont like going to work in the dark and all either.

It is hard not to gain a few pounds this time of year too .

Shocked
I've had insomnia the last several days.  It is what it is as we all know.   The great thing is I can find adverts like this, and realise, I'm not the nutter, they are.

How is this even the least bit seductive of attractive or have anything to do with tuna???   Tongue

I'm still organizing my random thoughts. I'll be back to post them once I have them written down in chronological order.

Welcome back Audrey!
