I placed my first order as well. It was very straight forward. Prior to ordering I sent a few questions by email that were answered very quickly and offered options to get around the concerns I had. He's either the hardest working iop operator or he's figured out how to clone himself. So far the most impressive I've dealt with. Will let everyone know how it turns out.
