(Even if he is not concerned, he takes the time to pretend, and that alone makes you feel good).

I just placed a 2nd order. Fingers crossed that both orders arrive ok, but regardless, he has won me over purely because he went out of the way to look after me.

I'm in Sydney and realistically, I have to be prepared for the occasional LL. (Australian Customs are some of the toughest in the world). I don't take risks lightly, but MM made me feel like a friend. How could you not give your business to a friend?

Well said Hooper! Macro is the true definition of professional! The proof is here in black and white.
This is not Amazon or some fast food joint where you snap your fingers and your stuff arrives. You would not find the professionalism at Amazon or the burger joint that Macro has displayed. End of rant....

I meant it must have gone unnoticed by everyone if people are still coming back and bitching. Then again, I'm only a newbie. What do I know??

I do know this: In the 20 odd years I have been doing this, and as the local contact (vendor) myself for an Asian outfit for 2 years, I've seen both sides of the fence. Good, professional customers who are prepared to order and wait, and immature, petty customers who want everything 'yesterday'. My diplomacy only lasted 2 years, before I spat the dummy and could no longer be tolerant.

MM, you deserve a medal. From the looks of things, you have a large business and I would imagine a large customer base. Kudos to you for keeping your cool.

Hey Purenastyplaya. Yes, I should have done that at the beginning. At the risk of sounding arrogant, I have posted on so many boards over the passed 20 odd years, that I just don't do it anymore. I'll do it asap. Thanks for the reminder.

Good day friend. As the order states that it is still awaiting to be shipped, is it possible to change it to something that might be able to make it through? Not sure if its possible, but worth a try.

If it was already not handed over i would have definitely changed it my friend. Its handed over and can not be taken back.It would dispatch now only.

Thanks Macro,
Just trying to bypass the mess. Only knew the order shows awaiting dispatch for the past several weeks, and if it was still in limbo, I just wanted to know if there was something else from somewhere else.
Thanks for the offer to ship another at reduced, but like I said I'm holding out on everything until this all clears up...
I cant afford to be out another 600 between a couple of vendors. ( not you sir, but overall between all the vendors and this whole mail mix up)
Much respect... I guess I am lucky mine isn't in a mail stack, it just isn't being shipped...for whatever reason
