Tell him to flush his DNS by using the run command in Windows and entering ipconfig /flushdns and then pressing run button or by hitting enter button. 

Also clear cache and then try again.

A long awaited step was taken today by shifting the entire forum from one location to another and by hiding its details. The forum is now on a safe server which has up to 480 Gbps DDOS Protection and has quicker loading time, with 99 percent guaranteed uptime now. No issues accessing the forum like before now.
