I think you accidentally got the fake Macro, the one who hijacked his domains. This Macro, the real Macro, would have been polite, honest and taken care of your needs. Sorry it happened to you, many got dupped but all is well now IF you go to the correct domain and/ or email Macro.

maybe my experience with mm was unique? I ordered from him about a year ago, got the run around for various reasons, then out of the blue a year later I get an email with a picture of a parcel addresssed to me and a tracking number that never really worked. After another 3 months of waiting i think its safe to assume its not coming?

Hi all.

Just gotta say that Macro is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. (I know I've said it before).

Have placed a few orders since I last posted, but due to personal reasons, I have not had the time to update dates and shipping times for each order. Although I have had 1 order seized, which was large by my standards, MM has offered a number of ways to help compensate. When I ordered, I was aware of the fact that he does not reship for this reason, so I decided not to take him up on his subsequent offers of help. I knew at the time that I was taking a risk, so I've no one to blame but myself. The fact that he was willing to talk about it, was nice. All too often, I have dealt with vendors who have said pretty much, "Well, you knew the risks when you placed the order". MM would have been entitled to say that, as he did make it clear before ordering of his no re-ship policy. However, at least he offered to talk about it and discuss options. He had actually thought about the issue as he had come up with a number of options to help compensate for the loss. As nice as the offers were, in all honesty, that's the risk we all take when ordering. I'll just cop it and move on.

Anyway, I've placed 3 more orders (different name and address of course). 1 has already arrived. With all the turmoil of family life at the moment, I can't remember dates, however it arrived very quickly. I am now waiting on the 2nd and 3rd orders to be shipped. Yes, I paid double shipping costs to have them shipped separately, but if found, I'd rather lose half of the order than all of it. I'll be mindful to record the dates this time, to share here.

Sorry to bore, but again due to my family incident, MM even sent an order before I had the chance to pay for it. I was tied up with a funeral, and blah, blah, blah. MM simply stated he would send and I could pay when things at home had calmed a little.

As I stated last time, in all my years of buying these types of magazines, I have NEVER met a more accommodating and generous vendor. He even volunteers information regarding shipping delays, so I never have to email him and bug him.

MM, I hope you live longer than me, my friend, because I plan on ordering from you for the rest of my days.

I know this whole post sounds 'corny' or even like a 'shill', and quiet frankly, I couldn't care less. It deserves to be said, only because it is the truth about my experience with the man.

Yes, I apologise about the length of the post, but honestly, with all that has been happening to me personally, I just had to share with everyone what good this man does on a daily basis. Most of which is unexpected.

Clubb, as Breacher said, good review! Macro is the best at what he does and obviously goes beyond just being a great vendor, he is a great and kind man. I too am waiting on an order from him and look forward to many more. Macro, you Da Man!
