MM, I can't get you via our usual method of communication. All good your end, with your computer, phones, etc? I miss chatting. My messages are not being delivered. (Just noticed they are being delivered as I talk, some 24 hours late).

To some of those who call me an excuse artist, I am as human as you are, I have family and kids as well whom I have to look after too. I an in P connected with people of different time zones. I work with different people from different areas of the worldwide some being ahead of me and some being backward in time zones. Therefore it's not possible for me to actually keep a full record of what is available in stocks and what not. If one of you guys has sent payment and I have it withdrawn after which I notify you that the items from that location is currently not available and would be back in a few days I don't think it's a big deal if you know me and have been ordering from me for almost an year. There's a variety of things available on my website you can choose from or if you want that one specific product I tell you to either wait or I can refund the amount in full. I won't even deduct the cash sending charges from your amount because it's not your fault. When I cross all barriers of trust and care with my clients I guess it's their responsibility to at least show a bit of trust and patience.
Both of my sons were down with diarrhea for over a week and I have been dying crazy worrying about their health. Please everyone note that if you were at my place you would do the same as I do by caring damn for anything else when it comes to family. Nothing more important to me than my family. So if I am being late in replying or am not up to date on the Stocks record please bear with me. I am not a con, not a drama artist, not an excuse factory. I am a man of my word who sticks strictly to his word no matter how big the loss it may bring to me. Thank YOU to all those who take my message positively.

Macro has ALWAYS BEEN an up front kinda vendor... Never have I even heard of any problems with him...
Everybody runs into difficulty from time to time, if you were in the same boat, I wonder how you would handle the constant pressure from all sides and then disaster at home on top of that..
He has always provide excellent service and I see absolutly NO reason this is changing..
Try a wee bit of patience and you shall get what you are trying to...

Macro, I pray for the health of your sons! Nothing in life is more important than family. You have always been a great guy and sometimes we forget that you are human with a life and family of your own to take care of, I know it has to be a frustrating balancing act sometimes. Take care of your family first and when all is well you can get back to all of us crazy people here.
