Thank you for that, I started with another search engine first before posting (as I don't prefer google and their data tracking, ethics, etc) that wasn't showing anything informative and was all in German. I tried a different search engine and it gave me the some of the answer I was looking for.

I had read somewhere else that the N- stood for N@l0x0ne and I wanted to make sure that it did not contain that in N-tr0pfen. as everything was in German in most searches that I looked at it was hard to find an answer.... Thus I figured I would check with friends here in the private area...Thanks though. Answer found

Hi, would like to take a look at this new source - sounding promising to date - but they seem to have gone offline. I think I have done what I need to do to contact them - I will let you know if so!

Yes, I was told they were email only now and the website is offline, and I would recommend to any friends here don't ask questions or you will be labeled a "needy" client and/or they will delete you, all for asking a business related question.

They could have just said drops when I asked them a question vs a big drama situation, "Luise" is a very safety concerned individual, which we all are as we want to protect ourselves and our friends, but if a customer doesn't understand the product, lets be practical....

Other than that, they do seem to have great items which many fellow members may be interested in and the other customer service people were great, services affordable, great options with this group.

I was very interested in this new (well, new to me) vendor, but I was declined patronage because of my privacy protocols.

They said if I was willing to drop some of my security measures I would be allowed admittance. (Actually I think just one would probably do, it just so happens that it is the one I hold most dear and credit to making me a hard to reach piece of fruit.) But I'd be more than happy to loosen up a little if this store happened to have something going for them that the others on the forum did not.

Honestly, I'm not sure if we are allowed to compare vendors or maybe it is just not proper acquitted b/c I don't see it happen that often. So if this post needs to be deleted, forgive me admin for creating extra work.

But I don't require details. Just a simple, "yes, this store is worth the hassle," or a "Nah, it's pretty similar to other vendors," would suffice.

FYI: I communicated to Luise why the protocol is in place but I did not receive a response
