item shipping from PH location hasnt budged in over a week now
anybody else here having similar experience?

Macro is extremely communicative and does his best to answer all questions and quell any worries or anxieties you might have. He's extremely forthright with information and statistics.

His products and his service are both top notch. Over the years i've watched him mature into a good and capable vendor and is always expanding the options available to his customers. He's always quick to correct any mistake, even if it was you who made the mistake. I have no problem referring my friends and the like to him.

I give him 5 out of 5 stars, i would give him more if i could. Coming from someone who doesn't trust easily and is extremely cynical i think that's saying a lot.

That new Pres. gives me and anyone that lives there the heebegebeees!just think if we had a guy like that in office here.be-headdings,brutal beatings.i know there's a way to get the word out but geesh.i would think everybody over there is tip toeing lightly,so things might take a little longer.the article was strong.

How the hell MM keeps up with orders, shipping, and all the rest of it, is beyond me. His operation is so smooth that once he gets more stock of the 1 item that I use, I will be ordering again right away. Not to mention, his prices. That issue doesn't seem to get talked about a great deal, but unless I am missing something, he also has some of the best prices for a lot of stuff. He has a new generic of my item which is shipped from a far away land, but I've never used that service before. If I find out that their shipping is as good as his 'closer to home' staff, I'll order asap. Until then, I'll have to hold off.

In other words, well done on your choice of vendors folks. The man is one of natures gentlemen.

Anyone who has been reading about him, knows of his new stock shipped from new places. Has anyone received their books from these places yet? I'm very interested to hear about their attention to detail. If all has gone well for you, then I'll give it a go.

I do believe it is the politeness that macro mass exhibits to all.

it is not translator per se.

I speak with him in english in PM, and we pray together.  Macro is astoundingly honest and ethical and yes, polite.

I have seen some vendors from years gone by whom let emotions run wild.  Whom were rude to clients.

I rather like the macro mass approach.

(If you know whom that god forsaken vogue was, u would appreciate macro being so polite to all as well.)

Also, please forgive me for wasting your time replying with a legitimate response to my obviously failed attempt at a bad joke. Sometimes after imbibing in a mild inebriant I delude myself into thinking I am funnier than I actually am.

My experiences coincide with yours. Macromass is definitely one of a kind, a genuine good guy through and through. We are all very fortunate to have him here with us. I know I feel blessed to have made his acquaintance.
