Phenibut for anxiety??

Best to do just that. I can tell you that a night of dry heaving with your head in the toilet is not pleasant at the best of times!

I don't understand why people even bother with phenibut, when there's way better stuff out there that's WAY less risky for withdrawal.  It's just not compared to other stuff.  I know it works different for different people but for me it didn't do much at all.  It was more of a well ok I got this bag, might as well use 1-2 times a week till its gone.  Then I never wanted it again.
