I placed my order on 7/13. This was my first order every to IOP and I got nervous so I call their phone number and it was out of order. Very nervous at this point so I click on the customer support email link in the email they sent me and it bounced back no domain found. Now I know I am have been had. I go back to website and click on the live chat in the hopes that this is not all is lost. Long story short, it is working. Found out the phone number was temporarily out of order and the email address had a typo. All is well and now I a tracking number. I will update everyone on transit time when I receive my product.

My order came in today. The payment process was a little clunky but probably due to my inexperience. Blank was great, friendly and helpful. Good customer service. Very fast delivery.
order made on 7/13 --> $$ processed 7/16 --> shipped 7/16 --> delivered 7/21
5 days door to door is smoking.
