Welcome Lisa. I struggle with my weight also so I can totally relate with you on the weight loss struggle. You should be proud of what you did. It's hard to lose weight and keep it off. Way to go!!!

What's really odd though is I'm not even a native Texan. Born and raised in South Florida and if anything I was around Cubans the most (worked for a Cuban owned company) and yet I somehow grew up saying y'all....it actually bugs me when I catch myself saying it lol.  My parents were both from Kentucky so maybe I got it from them but I don't really recall then saying it a lot.   Where is home for you Ice?

Thank you rabbit. It definitely is. Especially hard now I'm a skinny flabby. Like who the hell weighs 130 and is flabby. Just not fair people!!!  Always a work in progress though. Highly recommend hcg.  I want very strict though, very rogue but it does work.

Right bout now I'm up in the freezer belt (Ohio), but I actually grew up round Houston... Man I miss that palce...

Lol! When we first moved to Texas we lived in Conroe just north of Houston. Back in the mid 90s. I have to say having lived near both Houston and DFW, I prefer DFW. But maybe that's just because I'm near two big cities instead of one.

Yea... DFW used to be much better when 6 flags was there.... I just loved Big H because there's always something to get into...er... I mean do there and then Galveston is right down 45 south (Apfell Park aka East Beach)

Glad to read that your user name is about weight and not sanity!  

Congrats on your weight loss.  I know from personal experience it is an ongoing battle.  

Maybe we should start a healthy living thread where we post daily successes, regarding diet, nutrition, or excercises.

Fire, that is a great idea! Sometimes I'm not sure if I'm losing it mentally too. There are days lol. I'm having such a hard time getting my gym time in. I have a great app with a awesome program but I'm so busy with work then home stuff and if I have a wee bit of time my husband guilts me if I go to the gym instead of hang out with him.  Always a challenge.

Hello iop friends.  I was in a previous incarnation on this forum. I was absent for a bit as my needs are being taken care of by one vendor and was smooth so I have missed a while lot of changes apparently. I see that everyone is starting over from scratch so here I am to begin my return to the community. I live in Texas and operate my own small business. My biggest issues are cervical pain and chronic fatigue at present and I'm dealing with a lot of loose skin from significant weight loss. I am working on adding muscle to attempt to fill up some of that lost volume. I am interested in anti aging, tightening up skin as well.  I am also a longtime user of mitragyna speciosa to deal with my pain and chronic fatigue.

Sorry to the last few commentors, I just noticed that when I post a reply I have to select to subscribe to the thread each time I post or I don't get notified of replies, I thought I'd be notified but wasn't.

So....In response to one of you above, I have had my share of losing it mentally, that just didn't happen to be the inspiration for my username in this particular case. I can lose it in all manner of ways.

I was doing very well weight wise but this past fall was very difficult personally. Almost got divorced. Hired a lawyer and filled and everything. Hung in there with my weight for a good bit but got a little off track. Didn't gain a ton though but enough that I can't fit in my skinny jeans ? so back on hcg I am to get back to my happy place. Hcg has honestly been a godsend. The best thing ever.
