Thank you for the nice words Charon, Mr K.,  and Linville. I am glad you like. =) As I once said, I don't think there is a bad photograph on this thread. I have enjoyed everyone's pictures.  Everyone who has posted pictures here has fine taste and a keen eye in my opinion.

I just share what I already have. I am constantly looking for new pictures, and have a folder on my desktop bulging with them. I just like looking at them and use many for my desktop background, which I change almost daily. If any of these have been posted before, excuse me please. I can't always remember.

Nice Linville... The mountains and the lake remind me of a place I visited in North Carolina. Yeah it would nice to be there. From what the guy in the hammock is wearing it must be summer; can't really tell by the trees as they all appear to be evergreens. The tulip field is beautiful too.

Between Zander, Linville and of coarse Popster, this thread never ceases to amaze and inspire me ... There are pics here of places that dreams are made from ...

Thanks for all the great and wonderful places y'all have taken us ... You've shown us that real beauty is in fact everywhere, but some of these places are so remarkable I get plum awestruck ... Don't ever stop ... This is a vacation for the mind ...

Hey maybe we should ask that this thread be "sticky" and stay at the top of this lounge... It is one of our more popular threads so the idea may not be so far feched ...

Nice words Ice.........Beauty is medicinal and so even though it's a photographs thread.....it is really quite appropriate for our forum......what calms the mind also heals the body.....your appreciation (along) with everyone else who follows this thread are the real reason I started it.....thanks so much for expressing your feelings.
