I got a magazines that was "inbound into.." and I spoke with the magazine company who resent and it arrived before the LL. And funny thing was second mag, had no updated shipping info. So how things work are anyones guess. This was back at the end of June so hopefully things are good with the bears

There haven't been any announcements yet that this is over for the year so far, so assume it is still going on.

My research seems to indicate that Late-May through at least Mid-June was the time period during which payment issues were on the rise and during which there were more than the average number of seizures for those of us in the USA. There are indications that the Bear is roaming this time around, and that the same issues may arise in other parts of the world at different times this year.
Rumor also has it that they are focusing on payment methods this year. So if you run up against an unusual roadblock in this regard, then it might be best to just back off and pursue an alternate method for the time being.
The results for Operation Ten have not been posted on their website as yet, so I would assume that they are not done yet. They take pride in broadcasting how many little guys and gals like us got stomped on due to their "special ops". 

I'm seeing lots of positive reports for US receipts lately. A good sign, but its a big world.
