I just wanted to introduce myself, this is my first post and I am happy to be a part of this family! A little about myself...I am a mother of 4, in my mid 30s. I suffer from ankylosing spondylitis, and scoliosis which Drs believe leads to my debilitating chronic migraines and neck pain. I also suffer with Major Depressive Disorder. I can't even list all of the different medications I have tried over the last 7 years but most of them have made very little improvement for me in any way. I am excited and hopeful that I may find  recommendations, hear similar experiences, or simply connect with people who understand how horribly these conditions impact your life. I don't get out much or really talk to people about myself but I'm putting myself out there and hoping it will help myself and others.

We are happy to have you. I am sorry to read about your hardships. I too have suffered from migraines since childhood. They were terrible in adolescence. I hope to correspond more in the future when I have a bit more time to type. Thanks for giving us a shot.

Welcome Arilex

Sorry to hear about your condition but there are some very very knowledgeable members here so don't be shy about asking questions

Welcome to the best IOP forum on the web in my opinion since it is so much more. Read the Rule Book First as they are enforced.  This forum stays the best because
of those rules and it's also easy to break em without thinking you ever did.  It may seem a bit "strict" but that's what keeps
this forum the best.

You got great people here and the Moderators work Long and Hard to keep the trash out and drama to a minimum and always got to help em by making sure to
make sure the rules are enforced. They protect everyone from you and I to our fantastic vendors.

The best advice I can give is to Read, Read and Read some more. Make a few posts out there under topics you are interested or start a thread and let everyone get to know you a bit and the doors will start to open for you.

You have the BEST people on here to answer any questions you might have

Welcome again and hope you find what you need

Peace to all and a blessed day.

Thank you all for the warm welcome! I am very happy to be part of the family. I continuously read the rules and will continue to do so. There is so much information I don't even know where to begin, where to post or if commenting on other people's posts (when I feel I could offer some advice) is just as good as starting my own threads but I'm going to try and do it all! Looking forward to getting to know you all!!
