Best FREE VPN?

I was reading a post and suddenly moved the mouse and lost where I was. So, can anyone suggest (from their own personal experiences) some good VPN's that are free? Good, meaning easy to use. 
I COULD just go ahead and use google, unless someone suggests one that they have used or are currently using.

@Flippity I played around for a while with Betternet free and doesn't drain system resources......I've been using it off and on for a few weeks now with no problems.....not being an expert I can't vouch for how effective it is but so far it has been fine for me.....
