Nope, Site is just there as a Catalog of whatever i carry. Pricing is not up to date. Stocks availability is not always entirely up to date. Therefore, I always recommend to use the site as a mere Catalog of items only and to confirm via e-mail the availability and current up to date pricing of any product which you wish to order even though the site says available or out of stocks. Secondly, Yes, You can do a small order.
