This F'in Guy...
#1
I will admit that the only political contribution I've made in my entire life was to the Swiftboat Veterans for Truth - I just don't care about which party controls Congress, or which party's nominee's backside occupies the chair behind the Resolute desk when the electoral college makes its decision, I don't trust any of them, and I don't rely upon them for security for myself or my family...That's MY job, thankyouverymuch.

But John F'in (see the Rolling Stone interview from 2004) Kerry has always rubbed me the wrong way - I won't go into great detail about the fraud he committed regarding his service in Vietnam, or his horrible, terrible, awful condemnations of veterans of that conflict during the "Winter Soldier" hearings - That's all out there in the great Google if you care to look it up.

But here's this horse-faced gigolo today, busted red-handed doing exactly what he's been railing about the "1%" doing for decades:

Quote:Secretary of State John Kerry and his wife Teresa Heinz have invested millions of U.S. dollars through family trusts in at least 11 offshore tax havens, according to an analysis by The Daily Caller News Foundation.
...
Since the release of the papers, no American politician has been identified as using the secretive offshore accounts.

via the Panama Papers - Look 'em up.

What a disgusting opportunist - Marrying John Heinz's widow at the first opportunity, passing himself off as Irish when he's not in possession of a single strand of Celtic DNA, parking his yacht (the yacht purchased with the widow Heinz's fortune) in another state to avoid paying taxes on it (as he rants and raves that the rest of us should be paying MORE in taxes), pushing through a non-binding nuclear pact with the Iranians that they are already laughing themselves to the bank over, as sanctions were lifted and they continue their quest for the bomb, all the while chanting "Death to Isreal" and "Death to the Great Satan" (we are the GREAT Satan, of course, the Russians are only the "Lesser Satan"), and now, we find, hiding money in offshore tax havens to preserve precious Teresa's fortune so that he can use it to benefit himself, the wind surfing, long-chinned, perfectly coiffed wannabe Boston Brahmin who is such a sorry individual that he tossed someone else's ribbons over the White House fence during the Winter Soldier protests, keeping his own (ill-gotten and subject to a Stolen Valor investigation, IMHO) in a shadowbox in his home office.

You never released your SF-180 or DD-214 to the public, Mr. Secretary - Only to a friendly news outlet who "confirmed" them without publishing them  For Christ's sake, I had to release an SF-180 and my DD-214 just to qualify for membership in the VFW and the AFL - That you wouldn't do so during a run for the Presidency of this nation is what we indelicately call in Texas a "b**** move", one only the GW Bush hating media would have allowed to slip by.  I've despised you since 2004, but I truly, truly wish that the sweet meteor of death (SMOD) would target your brain pan after reading about your latest hypocrisy in the Panama Papers, you lousy SOB.

Please excuse the rant - I was a soldier once, and young, and I have my own shadowbox proudly displayed on my home office wall, along with graduation certificates from every Army school I attended - And I'll bet you a dime to a dollar my fruit salad and qualification badges put Kerry's to shame, even though I only served for four years.  This man disgusts me on a truly primal level - If you are are a fan of his or a proponent of his agenda, don't take it personally, just realize that the great majority of veterans (veterans who vote, with far more serious disabilities than the VA cuts me a monthly check for my piddly 40% for), feel the same way.

The next time you tell a veteran "Thank you" for his or her service, keep this bottom crawler in the back of your mind.  Like any other class of American we don't all deserve universal respect simply for taking an oath, donning a uniform, putting ourselves in harm's way, or even suffering wounds, whether to the body or the mind - We have our own share of posers and hucksters, we're simply better at sniffing them out than those who chose not to serve are.

Ah, I'm out here for the night - Signing off of this net with my best wishes to you all.

Out here,

"... I don't trust any of them, and I don't rely upon them for security for myself or my family...That's MY job, thank you very much."  Yes!!!

People want the government to provide.  Not I.  They are then able to cut certain people off and control people as they see fit.  Those are dangerous waters to tread.
