help please

Hi, Sorry to be dumb,   (meant to post to "Music" thread)


Willie has been gracious enough to try and explain to me, but I'm still missing something. 

I'd like to add a music video or two.  I find them on Utube. 

Whatever I do, I still end up with only a "url" when I preview post, instead of a pic of the video intro as shown on Utube with the arrow to start the music video. 

If anyone could take the time to explain to me again how to go about it, in steps, I would appreciate it.  I can get to "share" "embed" and get the video url.  I just am missing the routine that would allow me to place the "pic" of the video, ready to play.
