Hi valalot, I am also having some time with the same.
It took some days to say hello and then day or so for donation collect and now 2 weeks while waiting. Usually is taking only a few days to come so I am thinking that it will not be here. Because tracking say it is not even arrive in the country yet.

Maybe they are having some problems, so I hope they are OK.
And that things will work out OK!
