Try using one of those search engines i hear are very popular on the internet thing all the young kids like to use for all kinds of stuff to find answers for everything, you might find the answer you are looking for with a search engine, they even have pictures if you type in what it is exactly you have, then you can look at pictures in search results to see if it is one like your friend gave you.

What does it look like? Is it white with letters Az/1 on one side ?
