Is there some kind of "limit" in the off topic catagories?

I've tried trice to post in the thread "Humorous Smiles" and it sends me to this:::

Forbidden You don't have permission to access /newreply.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was
encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

if this post works then I don't know unless there was/is a limit in those ... If so maybe I should shut up once and awhile ...

I don't know why you faced this error. Anyhow, I have refreshed a few things. If the problem persists do let me know. The hosting company was also doing some screw and nut bolt fixing with their servers which probably would have affected our forum.
