how long can you go without your meds ?

With my anti depressant, 1 maybe two days. With everything else it depends on a variety of outside factors but mostly with how my life is going (or how i deem it to be going. Have to practice CBT and change my thought patterns

couple days but it depends on life situation. Obviously winter and holiday time things amp up. Little worried as seems like there is something going on across the web. whatever, hopefully it’s random.

I’ve forgotten my SSRIs a couple of times on weekends away and I usually get the downer abs head zaps about three days after, it’s not good. Also I think you know it’s coming so you anticipate it, become hyper vigilant about any symptoms then boom - panic. I would love a holiday from my brain.
