Johnny Depp wins defamation suit--mostly

so i listened. there were about 22 questions the jurors had to agree on. Did Mr. Depp act with malice aforethought as amber heard claimed he did on the nite of xx whilst he said: ..xss

No. to every query.

Yes, he wAS defamed by her. she owes him 15 million.

and has to shut up about him in future.

so in a bizarre case, this too was bizarre: in amber heards defamation case against Depp, she just won 2 million in damages for reasons i did not hear. Probably to get her to S T F U>

oh my Lord ihave never seen a defendant in a trial turn and only answer to the jury. oh that made u so more believable. EEJIT. She told the camera crew to only shoot her on the stand from one angle. Yeah, that don't work in court rooms.

Amber Heard's attorney pretty much sucked. And, His was young and a bit star struck but she pulled it off and quickly re framed any question that was objected to.

But, whomever told amber heard to wear her hair in certain styles so that the jury could see her in all her lying glory, did her a bad. and then someone told her to face the jury in every buggary bollocks query. The Judge finally ordered her based on motion of Depps attorney, to stop staring at the jury.

So she was fairly shocked. She seems to think its A OK to slice part of someone's finger. To feign domestic abuse when in fact she was quite the proponent of it. I am not sure I believed Depp when he said he has never raised a hand to a woman. Ever. Meds probably mixed up a lot of their lives.

He seemed decent about this. His career was apparently faltering. *i don't watch movies but for like seven i grew up with. yes, i am weird* and so he felt he had to reclaim his reputation with this litigation.

And, she gets a wee bit of change cuz the jurors said yes to one question i did not hear.

Good for Johnny.  I certainly don't think he is completely innocent, but she is absolutely terrible.

She still won't STFU and is making real domestic violence survivors look less credible with every lie that comes out of her mouth.  
I wonder if she'll get another goofball boyfriend like Elon Musk to start paying her ex-hubby back.

I had a massive crush on Johnny Depp in the 80s. And while I don’t think he’s innocent in this hundred percent neither is she. None of his prior exes said anything about abuse and that’s usually the hallmark.

I do hope he gives some of the money to charity if he ever collects.

Ok, Depp defamed her when he told news media or someone, her statements are a hoax.

I guess the Court did not want that lunatic upset with them.

I watch a lot of this trial. I don’t usually have opinions on things nowadays due to the risk of people going off on you but I really feel this was the correct verdict. They could make a movie out of this with all the back n forth!

Amber Heard is allegedly about to sue Elon Musk cuz he stopped giving her child support. He is up to ten children, and I don't know if that includes the son whom died from sudden infant death. For a woman whom was an absolute witch, esp how she "helped" his rehab and would hit him around, she surely got around. I don't watch movies. Maybe four from younger days. But she certainly came off as an absolute loser in Court. I believe the Judge admonished her for lies. I think she wanted to sue him again for lying. It was too busy a time for me with people needing non stop prayer so i did not see it all. just one deposition of him.

but that woman allegedly had a surrogate baby with elon musk and now wants child support? Well if there is no acting work, may as well try to sue rich people. gads. they are allegedly fighting over frozen embryos they produced.

As the Irish would say: For the rich, they sing. Referring to birds.

We never understood what me mother meant by that. She finally told us for the rest of us, the birds just defecate on one's head. I am sure the Irish said it better. I just cannot repeat what me mother would say.

This Amber Heard is one heckuva Karen. Having been in a movie or with a famous man, does not mean much to many of us. What matters is how you treat others. How u spend your monies. Whether u tell the truth. failed.

Charon, you never cease to amuse. Every time I read "buggary bollocks" it's a laugh out loud moment for me.
(Probably not appropriate - because it's normally used when you are calling somene to task.)
But today I was treated to a new word. EEJIT. Hysterical.
