They said all this stuff a few years back. NY was gonna allow some dispensaries. They put in bids. Astronomically high prices.

But the grow at home is new. Still, the feds can arrest one for usage.

It is just weird to read the gvt saying, about dosaging, start low and take it slow.

Thank you Ice. Nice piece of news nonetheless. Now, if they could issue rules for the criminals roaming the streets, that would be super.
