NY state, not the city per se, but all over NY State LE is giving tickets. to males to females to young and to old.

DH was going one mile over the speed limit. he goes to court soon.

But he also noted that a LE vehicle was on his rear bumper. And DH would not go one mile over the limit.

It seems they are being advised to ticket the hell outta people.

All over NY state.

So, just be extra careful. When a mandate like that to ticket people for anything and everything comes down, the people whom want to keep their jobs obey.

Be careful. People never ticketed in their lives have been nailed. One timid driver saw a vehicle go to pass her on rite. She moved one iota to the left to avoid same and hit the yellow line. Ticketed.. First time ever.

We got pulled over last week, going to my Sister's house..
Now usually, I drive well under the limit (it's 75-85 most places)
But I was on the back road... It's 45 all the way up to the last 400yds ,
then it goes to 30.... We were yakkin away and I never even noticed him on a side rd.
He said I was speeding (probably was) AND I sped up when I passed his post!!

47 in a 30 ... Checked me out... Gave me a warning ( I have a very clean record ,,, now )

First time I've ever gotten a warning ....

I slow down through there now ...

i have a relative in law enforcement. But i guess all over the police are being encouraged to do this. sighs. Too bad biden spent so much money none of us have.
