This is our third day, could be fourth, without heat. Plug in devices are too expensive. we use propane but that will cover one room. We have a two floor house we are in.

A man I call John Wayne cuz he worked so hard, fixed the heating unit 3 times. They dragged in the worst looking pieces of garbage in the world. NY has been cold.

Not sure I believe them. But management finally said we will bring you a new furnace to be put in. Probably an old piece of balderdash, but new to us. The man, John Wayne, whom installed them thrice only to have them break at six am each day, told them if we dont get a new furnace he will quit his job. He is in charge of heating.

But they did this to a friend of Dennis. He had a new baby. So they decided to take 3 months to fix his furnace then. It cost him hundreds and hundreds. In effect they told him Tough Shit and he found another place.

Let's see how they handle us. sighs.
