Thank you so much Audrey for your sympathy & prayers. it means a lot to me & I am so glad to call you my friend.

Linville, old friend , we go back aways so you know how much I love my dad. He was such an important part of me. I am feeling lost without him but it truly helps to have your support. thank you....

Dear Charon your words really hit home for me. you understand. I cannot thank you enough for what you have written to me. thank you for your kindness.

Things are changing quickly here. My sister is taking my dad's dog precious to her house where she will live out her life. We reassured my dad that Precious would be taken good care of. As per my dad's wishes , my sister's son will be moving into my dad's house. Probably within a month's time. So until that time the house will be locked up. My sister & I are dividing up all my dad's pantry items. as I have shared before , my dad loved food & cooking so there is a lot to be done.

It feels like things are moving too fast, but I guess there is no sense in procrastinating. it is like i want things to remain the same but I need to get it through my head that my dad isn't ever coming back.....
Yes Roses,
I do understand the great loss you feel.
I am so very sympathetic and also saddened. Hang on please the best you can.

Heart
Good Morning Friends.

Thank you all for your kind words & for sharing your own stories of losing loved ones.

It has truly helped me these weeks since my dad died.

It's been awful trying to live life without him in it.

I am in a deep depression that is not getting any easier to deal with. My sister feels the same way except that doesn't suffer with depression. We talk everyday & I make myelf go to her house just to get out.

I already take antideppressants but I think I need an adjustment. I haven't been out at all. I find myself just itting with the tv on without really watching anything. My youngest son has been an angel. He tries to tempt me outside in the gardens but my heart just isn't in it. So he has taken over the vegetable gardens. My dad's garden too. I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for him. My flower gardens look awful with all the weeds but I just don't have it in me to work on them.

So things are not good for me. I cannot let this take me down though.

My dad would never want this & I tell myself that. My dad understood my depression & he was so supportive althou7gh
he didn't have a depressed bone in his body.

I am sorry to complain but you've all been so understanding. I couldn't ask for a better group of friends.......

So once again thank you all!

Dear Roses,

Thank you for the update, even though you are reporting not doing well.

It is still a report and one that our good members can see and speak to, I hope speak to you words that may help you.

Or just an understanding post or maybe what helped them get thru a tough time. We all could have one, so we should all support and help you.

All My Love Roses, Heart  please hang in there and maybe one day soon it could get easier, I am hoping.

Again I hope many members see this and give you some posts to support you
Even PM's to you, giving something specific that might help.

I know it is very hard on you and you deserve to be happy.

Max
